Our Founder
Roland Witherspoon, Esq. combines legal and corporate experience with his engineering background, to help hard-working clients and their families successfully navigate complex litigation in several practice areas in Texas, Colorado and Michigan, and nationally through the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and federal courts. Prior to running multistate firm WithLaw, he served as Of Counsel at The Witherspoon Law Group. An internationally recognized attorney, Mr. Witherspoon is the successor to Darrell S. Elliott Law Firm.
